Family Tree Medical Group provides primary care medical services in Kissimmee, FL area..
• Patients Served: With a focus on the family, the practice caters to individuals of all ages with health care for women, men, children and seniors. We offer care in the clinic, hospital and nursing homes.
• Languages: All of the doctors and staff are bilingual in English and Spanish, as well as other languages. Our practice provides professional translation services for languages not spoken by our staff.

Preventative Care: As primary care providers, our goal is to keep you as healthy as possible, and we strongly believe in prevention by providing a variety of screenings, education and other services.
Senior Services: We offer care in the clinic, hospital and nursing home, and we also offer some availability to a geriatrician. We also care management for complex issues, and also partner with community-based organizations to provide classes for Seniors on several educational topics. We have an insurance specialist who can assist with education and orientation for Medicare, Medi-Cal, HMOs, PPOs and other state-funded insurance programs.
OB/GYN: We provide a variety of outpatient obstetrical services and family planning services. We have on-staff family medicine doctors who have additional fellowship training in obstetrics and gynecology.
Mental Health: Our primary care doctors provide mental health screenings, medication management and referrals to licensed counselors and other specialists as needed. We offer limited availability to in-house licensed mental health counselors and group classes.
Urgent, Immediate Need Care: While our clinics are not “urgent care centers,” during business hours we offer a walk in clinic for urgent needs. We also offer some availability for same day appointments.
Care Management: For patients with complex care needs, FCS offers care management services to support patients with goal setting, education and care coordination.
